Team Building is one of the most underrated areas of leadership. A strong, solid foundation is the building block for success. Trust and conflict is critical for a well functioning team. One of the best ways to build a team is to provide the team with an opportunity to get to know each other outside of the confines of work. I offer a week long trip to Nicaragua where your team will have the opportunity to do hands on work building a school.  This experience is not only fun it also allows your team to make a difference in the world while getting to know each other better. 

Training and Workshops  Many people get promoted into leadership roles with very little training on how to be an effective leader. We design and deliver workshops that provide leaders (new and old) with tools to drive teams to success. Here are some of the workshops we currently offer:
