Turning points come in many different packages, but the outcome is always the same: growth, as a result of discomfort and change. My turning point came in the form of a 2,000 mile charity bicycle ride through Southeast Asia. Before I set out on this ride I had never ridden farther than 10 miles at a given time, I was terrified of cycling in cities, and nearly everyone I knew gave me a different reason why I was destined to fail.
But I didn't fail. I raised over $5,500 for charity and learned the most important lesson of my life: anything is possible if I believe it is. We can choose to allow ourselves and others to hold us back from achieving greatness or we can tune out the negative chatter and press on to achieve our goals.
As a result of this experience, my passion is now my work. I find great joy in helping individuals and teams excel. I hold a fundamental belief that we are all remarkable beings capable of removing the barriers that hinder us from success. I am known for my positive, caring and optimistic approach and my ability to challenge perceptions.
I have worked in Leadership, Team Development and Coaching for over 11 years. In that time, I have helped both for-profit and non-profit organizations achieve their goals. In my roles as VP of Organizational Advising at Pinnacle Leadership and Team Development and Director of Worldwide Training and Coaching at Grand Circle Corporation I have coached and advised all levels of leadership from the front line to top level executives on 6 continents.
My goal is to help you find your path to greatness.
